摘要
火法是目前铜冶炼行业采用的主流工艺,而副产硫酸的问题制约了其在硫酸滞销、运输困难及环保严苛的地区的发展。硫化铜精矿加压酸浸作为一种绿色的冶炼工艺,生产灵活,对生产规模不敏感,尤其是热电联产将大幅降低生产成本。通过主要技术经济指标对比,分析了加压酸浸工艺应用于大规模铜冶炼生产的优势。
Pyrometallurgy is the main method of copper smelting at present, while the problem of byproduct sulfuric acid restricts its development in the acid unsalable, transportation difficult and stringent environmental protection areas. Copper sulfide concentrate acid pressure leaching is a green and production flexible smelting process, not sensitive to the scale of production, especially cogeneration will significantly reduce production costs. By contrast the main technical and economic indicators, this paper analyzes the advantages of acid pressure leaching technology used in large-scale copper smelting production.
