异辛醇对Lix984NC萃取铜性能的影响

摘要 本文研究了异辛醇对Lix984NC萃取性能的影响。研究结果表明:添加异辛醇能够显著的改善有机相的分相性,能够显著提高萃取和反萃过程的分相速率;会明显降低铜的萃取能力,会显著提升铜的反萃能力和铜铁选择性能,但添加量较多会显著影响净铜转移量,经过研究当添加2%左右的异辛醇时能够达到较好的萃取性能和分相。经过工业试验中,异辛醇能够显著的改分相性能,减少有机相夹带现象,对减少铁的转移和提升铜的萃取有一定的帮助;但添加异辛醇会著促进Lix984NC的水解讲解,不能改善Lix984NC抗氧化性能。 This paper studies the effect of isooctanol on the extraction performance of Lix984NC.The research results show that the addition of isooctanol can significantly improve the phase separation of the extraction and stripping processes;It will significantly reduce the extraction capacity of copper,and significantly improve the stripping capacity of Cu/Fe selectivity,but adding a large amount will significantly affect the net copper transfer;When adding about 2%isooctanol,it can achieve better extraction performance and phase separation.After industrial tests,isooctanol can significantly improve the phase separation performance,reduce the entrainment,and help to reduce the transfer of iron and improve the extraction of copper;but the addition of isooctanol will promote the hydrolysis of Lix984NC,does not improve the antioxidant properties of Lix984NC.
