摘要 进入大数据时代,多学科交叉日益得到重视与发展。近年来,机器学习作为人工智能的一个分支,在口腔正畸学领域的应用日渐增多,并在正畸临床和科研实践中呈现出可喜成效。本文拟通过回顾机器学习在颅颌面影像处理和分析、正畸诊断和治疗、相关临床研究支撑三个方面的应用,对目前的发展现状进行探讨,并展望其未来趋势,以期对机器学习在口腔正畸专业领域的应用有较全面的认识和了解。 Entering the era of big data,more and more attention has been paid to the development and implementation of multidisciplinary approaches.In recent years,machine learning,as a branch of artificial intelligence,has been used more widely in orthodontics,and has already assisted physicians in clinical practice in many fields.Through the review of application of machine learning in three aspects:craniofacial imaging processing and analysis,orthodontic diagnosis and treatment,and related clinical research,this paper intends to explore current research status quo and project its development trend,in order to give readers a more comprehensive understanding of the application of machine learning in orthodontics.
