摘要
大石峡工程技术条件复杂,场地地震基本烈度Ⅶ度,大坝抗震、渗透稳定、绝对变形和变形协调、接缝变形等安全控制指标成为大坝设计的关键问题。大石峡特高面板砂砾石坝坝高247 m,坝高量级跨越200 m级达到250 m级,突破了现有设计规范的适用范围,设计标准和安全控制指标应进行专门研究。通过借鉴已建200 m级面板坝工程科研试验、设计经验和工程实践和250~300 m级面板坝研究成果,在大坝静动力计算成果基础上,提出了坝体变形、坝料渗透、地震震陷、面板挠曲、面板拉压应变、接缝变形等控制指标,作为大石峡特高面板砂砾石坝的设计安全标准,为后续特高面板坝设计提供参考。
The technical condition of the Dashixia Water Conservancy Project is complex.The basic seismic intensity of the site isⅦ.The safety control indicators such as dam seismic resistance,seepage stability,absolute deformation and deformation coordination,and joint deformation have become key issues in dam design.The dam height of the Dashixia super-high concrete faced sand-gravel dam is 247 m,and the dam height has exceeded 200 m and reached the level of 250 m,which is beyond the scope of application of existing design code.Therefore,its design standard and safety control indicators should be specially studied.With reference to the experiment results,design experience and engineering practice of the existing 200 m-level concrete faced dam and research results of 250~300 m-level concrete faced dam,based on the dam static and dynamic calculation results,the paper proposes control indicators including the dam body deformation,dam material penetration,seismic subsidence,concrete slab deflection,slab tension and compression strain,joint deformation etc.as the design safety standards for the Dashixia super-high concrete-faced sand-gravel dam,and provides reference for the subsequent design of the super-high concrete faced dam.
