摘要
摘要: 程特性及本构关系、变形特性及渗透稳定性、抗震安全性及措施方案、安全监测等关键技术等进行了深入研究,取得了系列重要成果。结果表明,按照特等工程、特级建筑物设计安全标准,建设超高面板堆石坝是安全可靠、风险可控的。研究提出的相应设计安全标准和安全控制指标可供高混凝土面板堆石坝建设借鉴。
For constructing Gushui, Cihaxia, Maji and Rumei hydropower stations which are currently in feasibility study stage and will construct a concrete face rockfill dam with height about 250-300 m respectively, the safety evaluation methods, dam design, safety standards and engineering measures, rockfill material characteristics and constitutive relation, deformation characteristics and seepage stability, aseistnic safety and measures, and safety monitoring of 300 m-level face rockfill dam are systematically researched, and a series of results have been achieved. The results of research show that the construction of ultra-high face rockfill dam is safe and reliable when design the dam according to the standards of special-class engineering and structure. The proposed design safety standards and safety control indicators can be referenced by the construction of high concrete face rockfill dam.
