摘要
气道炎症与气道重塑是支气管哮喘(哮喘)长期反复发作以及病死率逐渐升高的主要原因。近年来,随着对表观遗传学认识的深入,人们逐步发现了表观遗传学在哮喘发生发展中的重要作用。本文综述了DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和microRNA基因调控三大表观遗传学在哮喘发病机制中的作用。
Airway inflammation and airway remodeling are leading cause for long-term repeated attack of bronchial asthma and the gradual increasing fatality rate.In recent years,with the deepening understanding of epigenetics,epigenetics is considered as a major contributor of asthma pathogenesis.This article reviews the roles of the three epigenetics of DNA methylation,histone modification and MicroRNA role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
