摘要
目的 探讨定喘汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)急性发作的效果。方法 选取2022年6月-2023年6月诏安县中医院收治的72例COPD急性发作患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用布地奈德联合定喘汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后肺功能、炎症因子水平、动脉血气分析及生存质量。结果 观察组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组动脉血氧分压高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 定喘汤联合布地奈德治疗COPD急性发作具有较好的效果,有利于降低患者的炎症因子水平,改善血气分析指标及肺功能,促进患者康复,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute exacerbations of COPD.Methods A total of 72 patients with acute COPD admitted to Zhaoan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,while the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with Dingchuan decoction.Compare the clinical eficacy,lung function,inflammatory cytokine levels,arterial blood gas indexes,and quality of life between two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 72.22%(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had significantly higher levels of forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in one second compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial oxygen partial pressure in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Dingchuan decoction and budesonide has a good effect on treating acute exacerbations of COPD,which is beneficial for reducing the levels of inflammatory factors in patients,improving blood gasindicators and lung function,promoting patient recovery,and improvingquality of life.
