摘要
本文认为,在恶性肿瘤尤其是妇科恶性肿瘤的诊治中,疾病往往被多种因素所影响,传统的思维模式存在局限。中医"五辨"思维则是突破局限,将辨证、辨症、辨病、辨机、辨人结合运用,为把握妇科恶性肿瘤动态性质、矛盾特点、变化规律、发展趋势及内在机理提供更为可靠的理论依据。
This paper holds that when it comes to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors,especially those in the discipline of gynecology,the established thinking mode has its limitations as diseases are often aff ected by various factors.Under such a circumstance,the “five-aspect-differentiation” thinking of traditional Chinese medicine is advanced to break the limitations of the former mode by combining syndrome differentiation,symptom differentiation,disease differentiation,pathogenesis differentiation and individual differentiation,which is expected to provide a more reliable theoretical basis for better understanding the dynamic nature,contradictory characteristics,changing laws,transmittion trends and inherent mechanisms of gynecological malignant tumors.
