摘要 目前铁路货物运输组织管理及铁路调车设备无法满足货运时效性需求,通过分析调车作业存在耗费时间的缺陷,提出可以实现车辆自行运动、自行制动、自行摘钩和自行跨股道运动功能的垂直三级立体调车系统,对该系统的工作原理及调车模式进行阐述分析,并提出使用人工智能技术来实现智能解编车辆的调车作业思路,以调车作业最小化单元勾别进行人工智能调车设计,建立人工智能调车作业模型,为实施人工智能调车提供理论支持。理论分析认为,人工智能调车模式可以节约调车作业时间,提高调车作业效率,改善调车作业环境,节约调车作业人员,进而提高铁路货运的时效性和竞争力。 The current railway freight transportation organization and management and railway shunting equipment can not meet the needs of freight timeliness.Considering the time-consuming nature of shunting operation,this paper proposed a vertical three-level three-dimensional shunting system,which can realize the functions of vehicle self-movement,self-braking,self-uncoupling of hooks and cross-track self-movement.This paper expounded and analyzed the working principle and shunting mode of the system and put forward the idea of using artificial intelligence technology for the shunting operation of intelligent train break-up.Further,the artificial intelligence shunting was designed with the minimization unit of shunting operation,and a model of shunting operation based on artificial intelligence was established,which can provide theoretical support for artificial intelligence shunting.Theoretical analysis shows that the artificial intelligence shunting mode facilitates the time-saving,efficiency enhancement,environment improvement and operator reduction of shunting operation.Thus,it improves the timeliness and competitiveness of railway freight transportation.
