摘要
随着我国社会物资运输品类与结构的不断变化,对铁路运输送达时效性的要求越来越高。从日班计划编制质量、机列衔接紧密、车流组织灵活、运输过程控制、调度系统智能化水平等方面,分析铁路运输送达时效的影响因素。在此基础上,提出提高铁路运输送达时效对策,即:提升调度日班计划编制质量,强化日常调度精细组织,加强运输过程盯控和控制,推进智能化调度建设,完善运输生产组织考核机制等,为进一步提高铁路运输送达时效奠定基础。
As the type and composition of material transportation in our society vary rapidly,it is getting more demanding on timeliness for transportation service.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the timeliness of railway transportation service from the aspects of the quality of daily shift planning,the close connection between locomotive and train,the flexible organization of traffic flow,the transportation process control and the intelligent level of dispatching system.On this basis,the countermeasures of improving the timeliness of railway transportation service are put forward,namely,improving the quality of daily shift planning,strengthening the fine organization of daily dispatching,strengthening the control of transportation process,promoting intelligent dispatching construction,improving the assessment mechanism of transportation production organization,which lays the foundation for further improvement on the service timeliness of railway transportation.
