摘要 在VARTM工艺中,流道设计对复合材料充模过程是非常重要的。试错法存在实验成本高周期长等不足,因此对复合材料充模过程模拟是很有必要的。本文采用PAM-RTM软件对超长高厚纤维复合材料VARTM工艺的充模过程进行模拟分析,设计了三种注胶方式,分析注胶管道和抽气管道对充模过程的影响。通过树脂流动前沿以及充模时间云图,分析干斑等缺陷的形成位置,从而优化工艺。结果表明,从模型底部平行于长度方向一侧注入树脂,抽气管道设置在模型顶部平行于长度方向两侧的流道设计方案最优,树脂充模时间是5650秒,其充模时间与环氧树脂的凝胶时间是匹配的,采用两边抽气很好的减少了干斑的形成。 In the VARTM process,the flow channel design is very important for the composite filling process.Trial-and-error method has some disadvantages such as high experimental cost and long period,so it is necessary to simulate the filling process of composite materials.PAM-RTM software is used to simulate and analyze the filling process of ultralong and high thick fiber composite material VARTM process.Three kinds of filling methods are designed,and the influence of filling pipe and pumping pipe on the filling process is analyzed.The formation position of dry spots and other defects was analyzed through the flow front of resin and the cloud map of mold filling time to optimize the process.Results show that the model is parallel to the length direction of the side at the bottom of the injection of resin,suction pipe is set on the top of the model is parallel to the length direction of the optimal design on both sides of the flow path,resin molding time is 5650 sec-onds,the mold filling time and gel time of the epoxy resin is match,with both sides extraction well reduce the formation of dry patches.
