摘要
VARTM工艺具备多层成型容易、成型范围广、纤维体积含量高、成型与粘结同时进行,缩短施工时间等优点,在各个领域得到广泛的应用。该文在分析VARTM成型工艺技术优缺点的基础上,阐述了VARTM工艺技术在碳纤维复合材料制备的过程中,对制备的碳纤维复合材料弯曲性能、拉伸性能、承载力及导电性能以及界面性能方面的影响,揭示了性能产生影响的原因,为VARTM成型工艺在碳纤维复合材料制备及在更多领域上的应用研究提供了更多的理论依据。
The VARTM process has the advantages of easy multi-layer molding,wide molding range,high fiber volume content,simultaneous molding and bonding,and shortened construction time.It has been widely used in various fields.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the VARTM molding process technology,this article describes the VARTM process technology in the preparation process of carbon fiber composite materials,the prepared carbon fiber composite materials bending performance,tensile properties,bearing capacity and electrical conductivity and interface performance The influence of the aspect reveals the reason for the influence of the performance,and provides more theoretical basis for the VARTM molding process in the preparation of carbon fiber composite materials and the application research in more fields.
