摘要
详细介绍了连续碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CCF/PEEK)复合材料主要制备技术的研究进展,包括CCF/PEEK预浸料制备、纤维表面处理以及CCF/PEEK成型技术,明确各工艺的技术研发重点;并介绍了CCF/PEEK复合材料在航空航天、医疗器械以及能源、汽车等工业领域的应用研究进展。最后展望了CCF/PEEK复合材料的未来研究方向及发展趋势。
The research progress of main preparation technologies of continuous carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone(CCF/PEEK)composites was introduced in detail,including the preparation of CCF/PEEK prepreg,fiber surface treatment and CCF/PEEK molding technology,and the technical research and development focus of each process were clarified.The application research progress of CCF/PEEK compos⁃ites in aerospace,medical devices,energy,automobile and other industries was also introduced.Finally,the future research direction and development trend of CCF/PEEK composites were prospected.
