摘要
针对泡沫芯结构,采用PAM-RTM软件进行了VARI工艺树脂渗透行为的模拟分析,分析对比了泡沫芯开单向槽、开十字槽以及厚向开孔三种不同处理方式对泡沫芯芯下树脂渗透行为的影响,并通过典型泡沫芯渗透试验进行验证,确定了适用于工程化应用的开孔泡沫芯处理方式,为VARI工艺在泡沫夹层类制件的工程化应用提供技术参考。
A VARI process molding simulation has been carried out for foam sandwich composite structures by using PAM-RTM.The effects of patterns of the slots and holes of the foam sandwich on the filling pro-cess have been studied.Through comparison and analysis of the three different simulation schemes with ex-perimental results,the suitable pattern of foam sandwich for engineering applications is determined.It pro-vides technical reference for VARI process in engineering application of foam sandwich parts.
