摘要 【目的】针对窝眼轮式排种器传统设计中设计工作量大、周期长的难题,对窝眼轮式精密排种器进行基于知识的设计研究,为排种器的快速设计提供参考。【方法】将搜集到的窝眼轮式排种器设计知识,以公式类知识、设计规则类知识、选型类知识、经验型知识和案例类知识进行分类整理并存储在SQL数据库中,在Visual Studio平台和对SolidWorks二次开发的环境下,运用VB.NET开发了整个窝眼轮式排种器快速设计专家系统,并利用三七、油菜、小麦3种作物农艺要求得到系统所设计的窝眼轮式排种器,通过EDEM软件仿真试验对该专家系统进行验证。【结果】在整理研究窝眼轮式排种器设计知识的基础上,基于SQL数据库设计模型库、实例库等并构建窝眼轮式排种器快速设计专家系统。仿真验证试验表明,基于快速设计专家系统设计的三七、油菜、小麦3种窝眼轮式排种器的单粒率分别为95.5%,94.0%和96.0%,说明该设计专家系统具有可行性和可靠性。【结论】知识库与专家系统的建立,使窝眼轮式排种器的部分设计经验得到继承,建立的专家系统能满足窝眼轮式排种器的设计要求。 【Objective】In order to solve the problems of heavy workload and long design cycle in traditional design of socket wheel type seed metering device,the knowledge-based design of socket wheel type precision seed metering device was studied to provide reference for rapid design of seed metering device.【Method】The collected design knowledge of socket wheel seed metering device was classified and stored in SQL database by formula knowledge,design rule knowledge,type selection knowledge,experience knowledge and case knowledge.The whole expert system for rapid design of socket wheel seed metering device was developed by using VB.NET on the platform of Visual Studio and the secondary development environment of SolidWorks.The expert system was verified by simulation test with EDEM software.【Result】On the basis of sorting out and studying the design knowledge of socket wheel seed metering device,the model base and case base were designed based on SQL database,and the rapid design expert system of socket wheel seed metering device was constructed.The simulation results show that the single grain rate of Panax notoginseng,rape,wheat three kinds of socket wheel seed metering device based on expert system is 95.5%,94.0%and 96.0%respectively,which shows that the expert system is feasible and reliable.【Conclusion】The knowledge base and expert system can inherit part of the design experience of the socket wheel seed metering device,and the established expert system can meet the design requirements of the socket wheel seed metering device.
