新型城镇化与城市生态环境的时空耦合分析:以湖北省为例 被引量:14

Spatial-temporal Coupling Analysis Between New Urbanization and Urban Ecological Environment:a Case Study of Hubei Province

摘要 该文以湖北省16个地级市为研究对象,通过构建新型城镇化与城市生态环境的耦合协调模型,定量测度了2008-2018年湖北省各市新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度,以及二者同步发展的状态;运用空间自相关分析方法研究了湖北省各市新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度的空间相关性,探索湖北省16个地级市新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度的时空演变特征。研究表明:(1)过去10年湖北省16个地级市新型城镇化与生态环境整体均呈现出稳步上升态势,且生态环境的增速低于新型城镇化,但新型城镇化发展相对滞后,随着时间的推移,这种滞后在逐渐减弱。(2)新型城镇化与生态环境耦合度与耦合协调发展度均有明显提升。鄂东和鄂南新型城镇化与生态环境的耦合协调程度较高,属中级协调阶段,鄂西和鄂北属初级协调阶段。(3)新型城镇化与生态环境的耦合协调度受到周边地区的影响,具有空间集聚分布特征,鄂东地区和鄂南地区的多数城市长期处于"高-高"聚集区,而鄂西地区和鄂北地区多处于"低-低"聚集区内。 Taking 16 prefecture-level cities in Hubei Province as the research object, by constructing the coupling coordination model of new urbanization and urban ecological environment, this paper quantitatively measures the coupling coordination of new urbanization and ecological environment in each city of Hubei Province from 2008 to 2018, as well as the state of their synchronous development. Then, the spatial autocorrelation is used to analyze the evolution pattern of the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and ecological environment in Hubei Province, and to explore the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and ecological environment in 16 prefecture level cities of Hubei Province. The results show that from 2008 to 2018, new urbanization and ecological environment as a whole show a steady upward trend, and the growth rate of ecological environment is lower than that of new urbanization, but the development of new urbanization is still relatively lagging behind, and this lag is gradually weakening with the passage of time. The coupling degree and coupling coordinated development degree of new urbanization and ecological environment is significantly improved. The degree of coupling coordination between the new urbanization and ecological environment in eastern and southern Hubei is high, and the coupling in western and northern Hubei is moderate. The coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and ecological environment is affected by the surrounding areas, and has the characteristics of spatial agglomeration distribution. Most cities in eastern and southern Hubei have been in“high-high”agglomeration area for a long time, while most cities in western and northern Hubei are in“low-low”agglomeration area.
