摘要
依据新时代新型城镇化发展背景,构建新型城镇化及生态环境子系统结构模式,并采用综合指数法测度安徽省各市新型城镇化与生态环境表征值;运用变异系数耦合模型、热点分析工具及协同进化模型探查安徽省各市新型城镇化与生态环境耦合发展度时空分异规律。研究结果表明,2007-2016年安徽省16个地级市,(1)皖江城市带各市新型城镇化水平及其年均增长率较高。皖南池州、黄山、宣城及皖西六安生态环境水平增长速度较快。城镇化水平热点区域集中分布在皖江城市带。生态环境热点区域集中在皖南山区及皖西大别山区。(2)皖北及皖中部分城市耦合发展度较低;而皖江城市带耦合发展度较高。各市耦合发展度逐年递增速度滁州、池州最快;皖北城市普遍较低。合肥、马鞍山、铜陵一直保持显著热点区域。皖江城市带均达到较高等级;其他城市目前均已进入中等等级。(3)新型城镇化与生态环境发展增殖系数整体以正值为主,表征各市正处于新型城镇化发展与生态环境优化阶段。新型城镇化与生态环境发展竞合关系主体关系矩阵以双赢为主,表明二者协同共进特征确切。
According to the development background of new urbanization in the new era,this paper constructs a new urbanization and ecological environment subsystem structure model,and uses the comprehensive index method to measure the new urbanization and ecological environment representation values of Anhui Province.The coefficient of variation coupling model,hotspot analysis tool and co-evolution model are used to explore the temporal and spatial differentiation of the new urbanization and ecological environment coupling development degree in Anhui Province.The research results show that,among 16 prefecture-level cities in the Province from 2007 to 2016,the new urbanization level and the average annual growth rate of the cities in the Wanjiang City Belt are higher.The level of the ecological environment of Chizhou,Huangshan,Xuancheng in southen Anhui and Lu’an in west Anhui is growing at a faster rate.The urbanization level hotspots are concentrated in the Wanjiang City Belt.The eco-environmental hotspots are concentrated in the mountainous areas of southern Anhui and the Dabie Mountains in western Anhui.The coupling development degree of some cities in northern Anhui and central Anhui is relatively low.However,the coupling degree development of the Wanjiang City Belt is higher.The degree of coupling development is increasing yearly,and the increasing speed of Chizhou and Chuzhou is the fastest;the increasing speed of the cities in northern Anhui is generally low.Hefei,Ma’anshan and Tongling have always maintained significant hot spots.The Wanjiang City Belt has reached a higher level,other cities have now entered the medium level.The new urbanization and ecological environment development coefficient is mainly positive,indicating that each city is in the stage of new urbanization development and ecological environment optimization.The main relationship matrix between the new urbanization and the eco-environment development competition is based on a win-win situation,indicating that the two are synergistic.
