锻炼情况对老年人实现适宜睡眠时长的影响 被引量:4

The Effect of Exercise on Optimal Sleep Duration of the Elderly

摘要 对老年人健康状况至为重要的适宜睡眠时长的实现,有赖诸多因素共同作用。基于CFPS 2018年数据进行探索性研究,分析老年人的锻炼情况对其实现适宜睡眠时长的影响。研究结果显示:我国老年人每天的平均睡眠时长为7.44小时,仍有38.17%的老年人未能实现每天6~8小时的睡眠时长;老年人的锻炼参与情况较好,54.44%的老年人保持每周锻炼的习惯,平均单次锻炼时长0.88小时,41.56%的老年人每周锻炼7次及以上,每周锻炼7次及以上和单次锻炼时长1~<2小时更有助于老年人适宜睡眠时长的实现。异质性分析表明,锻炼对老年人实现适宜睡眠时长的促进作用,在居住于城市、家庭人均年收入较高的老年人身上表现得尤为显著。建议在做好防护措施的前提下,积极鼓励老年人进行有计划、有规律的日常锻炼,以利实现适宜睡眠时长。 Many factors affect the realization of optimal sleep duration,which is very important for the health of the elderly.On the basis of data from China Family Panel Studies(CFPS) in 2018,this paper attempted to explore the effect of physical exercise on optimal sleep duration of the elderly.Results show that the average sleep duration of the elderly is 7.44 hours and 38.17% of older people fail to achieve 6~8 hours of sleep per day.Older persons’ exercise participation is pretty good;54.44 percent of the elderly maintain the habit of weekly exercise and the average duration of a single exercise is 0.88 h.41.56 percent of the elderly exercise seven times a week and even more.Exercising seven times a week or more and a single exercise duration of 1~<2 hours are more conducive to the realization of optimal sleep time for the elderly.Heterogeneity analysis shows that exercise promotes optimal sleep duration,which is especially true for older people living in cities or households with a high per capita annual income.We therefore proposed that,to achieve optimal sleep hours,older adults exercise in a planned and regular way after taking adequate protection.
