摘要
目的探讨阶段性目标管理在新护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年招聘到医院的65名护士,按随机数字表法将研究对象分为两组,干预组33例,对照组32例。采用理论考试、技能考核和自评"注册护士核心能力量表"比较两组护士理论、技能和岗位胜任能力得分。结果对照组护士规范化培训后理论(84.34±6.90)分、技能(80.50±7.89)分和岗位胜任能力(136.80±21.61)分,均高于规范化培训前理论(64.66±6.42)分、技能(72.34±6.43)分和岗位胜任能力(105.78±8.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护士规范化培训后理论(84.33±7.27)分、技能(86.67±6.79)分和岗位胜任能力(171.80±35.10)分,均高于规范化培训前理论(65.52±6.98)分、技能(72.64±6.91)分和岗位胜任能力(106.61±8.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用阶段性目标管理进行培训的干预组护士技能和岗位胜任能力得分显著高于接受常规培训的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用阶段性目标管理的规范化培训有助于改善新入职护士的操作技能和岗位胜任能力,并促进其职业认同感的形成。
Objective To explore the application effect of stage target management in standardized training of new nurses. Methods A total of 65 nurses recruited to our hospital in 2019 were selected and divided into intervention group 33 and control group 32 according to random number table. The scores of theory,skills and post competence of nurses in the two groups were compared by theoretical examination,skill assessment and self-rating “Registered Nurse Core Competence Scale”. Results The scores of theoretical(84.34±6.90) and skills(80.50±7.89) and post competence(136.80±21.61) scores of nurses in the control group after standardized training were higher than those of theoretical(64.66±6.42) and skills(72.34±6.43) and post competence(105.78±8.05) scores before standardized training,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of theoretical(84.33±7.27) and skills(86.67±6.79) and post competence(171.80±35.10) scores of nurses in the intervention group after standardized training were higher than those of theoretical(65.52±6.98) and skills(72.64±6.91) and post competence(106.61±8.45) scores,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of skills and post competence of nurses in intervention group trained by stage target management were significantly higher than those in control group trained by routine training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of standardized training for staged goal management can help to improve the operational skills and post competence of new nurses,and promote the formation of their professional identity.
