摘要
“开放是当代中国的鲜明标识,中国将坚定不移地推动高水平对外开放。”2021年是我国重要的历史转折点,在2020年实现全面建成小康社会目标基础上,我们迎来了中国共产党百年华诞,开启了“十四五”规划和全面建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国新征程。讨论我国新发展格局下高水平对外开放的内在逻辑,系统分析我国当前和今后必须面对的错综复杂的国际经济政治环境,研究新发展格局下高水平对外开放的重大机遇和挑战,并提出应对这些挑战的战略对策,抓住世纪疫情和百年变局背景下的历史发展机遇,坚持“稳字当头、稳中求进”的新发展思路,能够为我国社会经济高质量可持续发展提供重要的理论支撑和决策参考。
"Opening-up is a distinctive symbol of contemp>orary China.China will unswervingly promote high-level opening to the outside world."2021 is an important historical turning point in China.On the basis of achieving the goal of finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in 2020,we ushered in the centennial birthday of the Communist Party of China and opened up the 14th Five-Year Plan period and a new journey of building a modern socialist power with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way.By discussing the internal logic of China's high-level opening to the outside world under the new development pattern,systematically analyzing the complex international economic and political environment that China must face at present and in the future,studying the major opportunities and challenges of high-level opening to the outside world under the new development pattern,putting forward strategic measures to deal with these challenges,seizing the historical development opportunities under the background of the epidemic situation and the great changes unseen in a century,and creating a new development idea of"emphasizing stability and seeking progress while ensuring stability",this article believes that they can provide important theoretical support and decision-making reference for the high-quality sustainable development of China’s society and economy.
