摘要
为研究判定直流杂散电流干扰源的实施方法,通过SCM系统对埋地钢质管道动态杂散电流分析找出杂散电流流入点、流出点。现场检测采用多个SCM杂散电流检测感应板配合使用,共检测管道9个不同位置的杂散电流干扰情况,并对监测数据开展相关性分析。实验结果表明:SCM系统能够对干扰源的准确判断及动态杂散电流流入点、流出点的查找提供参考,能够有效控制杂散电流腐蚀危害,有助于管道的安全运行。
In order to explore the implementation method of determining the interference source of DC stray current,the dynamic stray current of buried steel pipeline was analyzed through SCM system to find out stray current inflow point and outflow point.Several SCM stray current detection induction boards were used in the field detection to detect the stray current interference of 9 different positions of the pipeline,and the correlation analysis of the monitoring data was carried out.The experimental results show that SCM system can provide a reference for the accurate judgment of interference sources and the search of dynamic stray current inflow and outflow points,and can effectively control the stray current corrosion hazards and contributes to the safe operation of the pipeline.
