摘要 为了实时监测管道阴极保护系统运行状况、消除杂散电流对阴保系统的干扰,本文利用GPRS无线网络将采集到的管地电位信号传输到远端数据控制中心,工作人员可以随时查看管道阴极保护电位数据并且进行计算机记录、存储和历史数据的查询;利用电容元件和晶闸管组成的整流装置来去除管道周围杂散电流对阴极保护系统的影响,防止管道因电磁干扰加速腐蚀。 In order to monitor the running status of the pipeline cathodic protection system and eliminate the interference of the stray current to the pipeline cathodic protection system, this paper uses the GPRS wireless network to transmit the collected potential signal between the pipe and the ground to the remote data control center. The staff can examine the pipeline cathodic protection potential data and perform the computer recording, storage and historical data query. The use of the composition of capacitor components and thyristor rectifying device removes the stray current around the pipeline on the impact of the cathodic protection system and prevents accelerating corrosion due to electromagnetic interference.
