摘要
分析了杂散电流的特点及腐蚀原理,指出杂散电流是导致长输油气管道腐蚀泄漏的主要原因。介绍了杂散电流检测仪的基本操作及数据采集,研究了杂散电流干扰的检测方法。通过现场检验和后处理软件对采集的数据进行了分析,获得了管道周围杂散电流干扰数据。将检测数据与管道开挖数据进行了对照,结果验证了杂散电流的危害性和检验的有效性。
Behavior and corrosion principle of stray current are analyzed in the paper. It is pointed out that the stray current is a major cause for the corrosion and leakage of long distance oil and gas pipelines. The author presents a basic operation technique and data acquisition of stray current detector and studies the method for detecting the interference of the stray current. The interference data of the stray current around the pipeline are obtained through site inspection and by means of post-processing software. Verification is carried out to the detected data through pipeline excavation, which exposes the hazard of stray current on the pipeline and availability of the detection.
