摘要
目的探讨择优集成四化护理干预策略在水痘患儿中的应用效果。方法选取驻马店市中心医院2020年8月至2021年7月水痘患儿105例,按照护理方案分组,对照组52例,观察组53例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上接受择优集成四化护理干预策略。比较两组患儿病情改善时间、护理质量、患儿依从性、家属护理满意度。结果观察组患儿水痘消退、皮疹结痂、发热持续和总治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量优于对照(P<0.05);观察组患儿依从性[94.34%(50/53)]高于对照组[78.85%(41/52)](P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度[98.11%(52/53)]高于对照组[82.69%(43/52)](P<0.05)。结论择优集成四化护理干预策略不仅能缩短水痘患儿的治疗时间,提升患儿的依从性,还能改善护理质量,提高家属的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of the integrated nursing intervention strategy of four modernizations in children with chickenpox.Methods A total of 105 children with varicella in Zhumadian Central Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected.They were divided into groups according to nursing plans.There were 52 cases in the control group and 53 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given integrated nursing intervention strategy of four modernizations on the basis of routine nursing.The time to improve the condition of the children,the quality of care,the compliance of the children and the satisfaction of family care were compared between the two groups.Results The varicella regression time,rash crusting time,fever duration and total treatment time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of care in the observation group was better than the control(P<0.05).Compliance of the observation group[94.34%(50/53)]was higher than the control group[78.85%(41/52)](P<0.05).And the observation group’s family members’nursing satisfaction[98.11%(52/53)]was higher than the control group[82.69%(43/52)](P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing intervention strategy of four modernizations can not only shorten the treatment time of children with chickenpox,improve the compliance of the children,but also improve the quality of care and the nursing satisfaction of family members.
