摘要
目的分析不同护理方法在一氧化碳中毒患者高压氧治疗中的实施效果。方法选择我院于2020年3月至2021年3月收治的52例一氧化碳中毒患者,所有患者均于我院接受高压氧治疗,在对患者平均分组后,对照组患者接受常规护理,试验组患者则接受循证护理干预,评估不同护理模式的实施效果。结果两组患者的并发症发生率比较,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);患者出院时与随访1个月的生活质量评分比较,试验组整体高于对照组(P<0.05);护理方法满意度比较,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在一氧化碳中毒患者实施高压氧治疗期间,循证护理模式的出现可以弥补常规方案的缺陷,具有广阔的应用前景,有助于降低相关并发症发生率,提高患者的满意度以及生活质量,应该成为临床护理的首选方法。
Objective To analyze the effect of different nursing methods in hyperbaric oxygen treatment of patients with carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods Fifty two patients with carbon monoxide poisoning treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected.All patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen in our hospital.After the average grouping of patients,the patients in the experimental group received routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group received evidence-based nursing intervention to evaluate the implementation effects of different nursing modes.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing methods in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for patients with carbon monoxide poisoning,the emergence of evidence-based nursing model can make up for the defects of conventional schemes,has broad application prospects,helps to reduce the incidence of related complications,improve patients'satisfaction and quality of life,and should become the preferred method of clinical nursing.
