摘要
目的:探讨甲羟孕酮联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果及其对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法:选取连州市中医院2019年1月-2020年3月收治的72例子宫内膜息肉患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组行宫腔镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合甲羟孕酮治疗,比较两组治疗前,治疗1、3个月的月经量、VEGF的表达水平,术后1年的妊娠率及子宫内膜息肉复发率。结果:治疗1、3个月,观察组的月经量均少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1年的妊娠率为69.44%,高于对照组的41.67%,子宫内膜息肉复发率为8.33%,低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。结论:对于子宫内膜息肉患者应用甲羟孕酮联合宫腔镜手术治疗可有效减少月经量,明显降低VEGF的表达水平,患者术后的子宫内膜息肉复发率较低,妊娠率有所提高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Medroxyprogesterone combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps and its effect on the level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).Method:A total of 72 patients with endometrial polyps who were admitted to Lianzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected,and the patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group underwent hysteroscopic surgery treatment and the observation group was combined with Medroxyprogesterone treatment on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of menstrual volume and VEGF expression level before treatment,after 1 and 3 months of treatment,pregnancy rate and endometrial polyp recurrence rate 1 year after surgery.Result:After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the menstrual volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the level of VEGF in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group 1 year after surgery was 69.44%,which was higher than 41.67% of the control group.The endometrial polyp recurrence rate of the observation was 8.33%,which was lower than 33.33% of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with endometrial polyp,Medroxyprogesterone combined with hysteroscopic surgery can effectively reduce menstrual volume,significantly reduce the expression level of VEGF,and the endometrial polyp recurrence rate of patients is lower after surgery,and the pregnancy rate is improved.
