摘要
目的研究宫腔镜手术联合地屈孕酮治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法选取88例子宫内膜息肉患者,采用宫腔镜手术联合地屈孕酮治疗,观察其性激素、血清指标、子宫内膜厚度、月经指标、复发率、并发症发生情况及治疗效果。结果术后3个月,患者孕酮(P)水平高于术前,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平低于术前(P<0.05);术后3个月,患者血红蛋白水平(Hb)高于术前,月经量、子宫内膜厚度均低于术前(P<0.05)。经有效治疗后,发生1例阴道出血,1例乳房胀痛,并发症发生率为2.27%,总有效率为98.86%(87/88),疾病复发率为1.14%(1/88)。结论宫腔镜手术联合地屈孕酮治疗子宫内膜息肉的实施效果显著,有效改善性激素、血红蛋白水平,降低子宫内膜厚度,对并发症的抑制效果好,具有较高的推广及应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 88 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and treated with hysteroscopic surgery combined with dydrogesterone.The sex hormones,serum indexes,endometrial thickness,menstrual indexes,recurrence rate,complications and treatment effect were observed.Results Three months after surgery,the levels of progesterone(P)were higher than before surgery,and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))were lower than before surgery(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the hemoglobin level(Hb)of the patient was higher than before surgery,and the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness were lower than before surgery(P<0.05).After effective treatment,1 case of vaginal bleeding and 1 case of breast tenderness occurred,the complication rate was the total effective rate was 98.86%(87/88),and the disease recurrence rate was 1.14%(1/88).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery combined with desdrogesterone has a significant effect on the treatment of endometrial polyps,effectively improving the levels of sex hormones and hemoglobin,reducing the thickness of endometrial,and has a good effect on the suppression of complications,which has a high promotion and application value.
