摘要
目的:探究子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜治疗的临床疗效。方法:在2020年11月~2021年11月随机选择在本院接受治疗的80例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,采用数字随机方法分为两组。一组设定为对照组,行传统刮宫术治疗,一组为研究组,行宫腔镜电切术治疗。分别对治疗有效率、术中出血量、手术时间等指标,在两组中进行对比,评价宫腔镜治疗的临床疗效。结果:研究组的治疗有效率为97.5%,仅1例患者治疗后为无效,而对照组该项指标仅有80.0%,有8例患者治疗后为无效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分别对比术中出血量和手术时间两项指标,研究组两项指标均明显少于对照组,研究组的平均术中出血量为(6.18±0.87)mL,平均手术时间为(10.05±1.57)min,而对照组两项指标分别为(18.42±2.14)mL和(29.35±4.58)min,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜治疗,可进一步提高治疗有效率,减少术中出血和手术时间,有利于患者快速康复。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods:From November 2020 to November 2021,80 patients with endometrial polyps treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by digital random method.One group was set as the control group and treated with traditional curettage.The other group was the study group and treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy.The effective rate,intraoperative bleeding and operation time were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic treatment.Results:The effective rate of the study group was 97.5%,only one patient was ineffective after treatment,while the index of the control group was only 80.0%,and 8 patients were ineffective after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two indexes of intraoperative bleeding and operation time were compared respectively.The mean value of the two indexes in the study group was significantly less than and shorter than that in the control group.The average intraoperative bleeding in the study group was(6.18±0.87)mL and the average operation time was(10.05±1.57)min,while the two indexes in the control group were(18.42±2.14)mL and(29.35±4.58)min,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic treatment of endometrial polyps can further improve the treatment efficiency,reduce intraoperative bleeding and operation time,and is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients.
