经抗逆转录病毒治疗后HIV/HCV共感染对CD_(4)^(+)T细胞数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解河南省驻马店市HIV/HCV共感染情况,探讨经抗逆转录病毒治疗后HIV/HCV共感染者与单纯HIV感染者在CD4^(+)T细胞数上有无差异,为丙肝及艾滋病的防治提供数据支撑。方法收集河南驻马店市477份经抗逆转录病毒治疗的HIV感染者血浆样本,对所有样本进行抗-HCV及HCV RNA检测,并对计数资料进行卡方检验。结果477例HIV感染者中138例抗-HCV阳性,62例HCV RNA阳性,则HIV/HCV共感染率为28.9%(138/477),其中HCV现症感染率为44.9%(62/138)。当1≤S/CO比值<5时,发现9例抗-HCV初筛假阳性。HIV/HCV共感染者HCV病毒载量分布于10^(5)-10^(7) IU/ml(61.3%),且主要集中在10^(6)-10^(7) IU/ml。经抗逆转录病毒治疗后HIV/HCV共感染者与单纯HIV感染者在CD4^(+)T细胞数构成比上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论河南省驻马店市HIV感染人群具有较高的HCV现症感染率,需进行HCV筛查与诊断,并对低S/CO比值的HCV感染者加强抗-HCV复检。经抗逆转录病毒治疗的HIV/HCV共感染者HCV病毒载量较高,但HIV/HCV共感染对CD4^(+)T细胞数无显著影响。 Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV/HCV co-infection in Zhumadian city,Henan Province,and explore the difference in CD4^(+)T cell count between HIV/HCV co-infected and HIV-infected patients after antiretroviral therapy.Methods A total of 477 plasma samples were collected from HIV-infected patients treated with antiretroviral therapy in Zhumadian city,Henan Province.All samples were tested for anti-HCV and HCV RNA,and the count data were tested by Chi-square test.Results Among 477 HIV-infected patients,138 cases were anti-HCV positive and 62 cases were HCV RNA positive,indicating that the HIV/HCV co-infection rate was 28.9%(138/477),and the present infection rate of HCV was 44.9%(62/138).When 1≤S/CO ratio<5,9 cases were anti-HCV false positives in the initial screening.The HCV viral load of HIV/HCV co-infected patients was distributed in 10^(5)-10^(7) IU/ml(61.3%),and mainly in 10^(6)-10^(7) IU/ml.There was no significant difference in the proportion of CD4^(+)T cells between HIV/HCV co-infected and HIV-infected patients after antiretroviral therapy(P>0.05).Conclusions The HIV-infected population in Zhumadian City,Henan Province,had a high rate of HCV present infection and required screening and diagnosis of HCV,as well as enhanced anti-HCV retesting for HCV-infected patients with low S/CO ratios.HCV viral load was high in HIV/HCV co-infected people,but HIV/HCV co-infection had no significant effect on CD4^(+)T cell count.
