摘要
通过实验测量的方法研究数控加工过程的铝块表面质量。首先提出表面粗糙度评价指标Ra,其次基于铣削参数设计了四因素三水平的正交铣削实验,利用tr200表面粗糙度测量仪对加工后的铝块表面进行表面粗糙度测量,最后使用SPSS软件对表面粗糙度以及切削参数进行多元非线性回归拟合,得出铝块表面粗糙度预测模型。
This paper mainly study the process of NC machining aluminum surface quality through the method of experimental measurement.First put forward the surface roughness evaluation index Ra;secondly,based on the milling parameter,design the orthogonal experiment of four factors three levels,use tr200 surface roughness measuring instrument to measure the surface roughness of the machined aluminum block;finally fit the surface roughness and cutting parameters by multiple nonlinear regression with SPSS software,and the aluminum block surface roughness prediction model is obtained.
