摘要
在高等教育快速发展的大背景下,推进民办应用型本科实验室建设是实现应用型育人目标的重要举措,而民办应用型本科实验室管理与信息化建设相结合能创新现代管理模式,不断释放实验室动能与价值。文章在阐述民办应用型本科实验室重要育人意义基础上,从制度落实不到位、体系布局不合理、手段落后、效能低下几方面分析了实行信息化管理模式对于民办应用型本科实验室管理的必要性。最后,从推动信息化管理有效落地、完善信息化管理体系、采取“集成式”管理手段,打造高水平信息化管理团队几方面提出了推进民办应用型本科实验室信息化管理模式创新发展的实践对策。
Under the background of the rapid development of higher education,promoting the construction of private application-oriented undergraduate laboratory is an important measure to achieve the goal of Application-oriented Education.The combination of private application-oriented undergraduate laboratory management and information construction can innovate the modern management mode and continuously release the laboratory energy and value.Based on expounding the important educational significance of private applied undergraduate laboratory,this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing information management mode for private applied undergraduate laboratory management from the aspects of inadequate implementation of system,unreasonable system layout,backward means and low efficiency.Finally,from the aspects of promoting the effective implementation of information management,improving information management system,adopting"integrated"management means and building a high-level information management team,this paper puts forward practical countermeasures to promote the innovation and development of information management mode of private application-oriented undergraduate laboratories.
