摘要
基于相对测量法,研制了一种轴承套圈内径尺寸多参数检测设备,该设备由计算机控制,同时采用2个传感器,可以根据需要一次测量多个不同的截面并自动显示结果。相比人工检测,该设备的测量采样点数多,测量精度高,操作方便,而且能够避免人工测量误差,减轻人工劳动量。
Based on relative measurement method,a multi-parameter measuring equipment is developed for inner diameter size of bearing rings.The equipment is controlled by computer,and two sensors are used.The equipment measures multiple different sections at one time according to needs,and the results are automatically displayed.Compared with manual measurement,the equipment has more sampling points,high measurement accuracy,convenient operation,avoiding manual measurement error and reducing manual labor.
