摘要
开发了适应在线检测需要的轴承尺寸机器视觉检测系统。对图像进行了二次滤波预处理后,采用改进的Canny边缘检测算法,使系统达到了较高的检测精度。检测结果表明,系统具有非接触、速度快、精度高、现场抗干扰能力强等优点。
A machine vision system for bearing dimension inspection was developed to meet the requirement of online inspection. Higher inspection precision was obtained due to the introduction of the second pre-filtcr to images and improved Canny edge inspection algorithm. The experiment results show that the system has many advantages such as non-contact, high speed, higher precision and strong anti-jamming ability etc.
