摘要
随着现代社会的发展,越来越多的人开始接受智能化以及更加高效的生活形式,因此类似于电子商务这样的消费模式广受大家的欢迎。伴随着线上平台消费、线下运输模式的发展,人们在物流服务上的需求也在逐步上升,在物流相关行业上也面临着人力缺少以及硬件不过关的困境,比较严重的就是现在社会对于相关人员的培养以及对于他们在之后的就业市场上的定位有一定的偏差,因此我们对物流工程专业的人才培养进行一定就业规划以及对他们的市场定位进行探索。然后,我们可以寻找到物流工程专业创新型人才新的培养模式,并提出培养更高质量同时更加适合市场需求的物流工程专业人才的方案,以此来解决当前社会物流工程专业人员定位不清晰、就业选择单一以及偏向理论不注重实践等问题。
With the development of modern society,more and more people are beginning to accept intelligent and more efficient life styles. Therefore,consumption patterns similar to e-commerce are widely welcomed by everyone. With the development of online platform consumption and offline transportation mode,our demand for logistics services is gradually increasing. In logistics-related industries,we are also faced with the dilemma of lack of manpower and insufficient hardware. The more serious problem is the current society which has a certain deviation in the training of relevant personnel and their positioning in the future market. Therefore,we carry out certain employment planning for the training of logistics engineering professionals and explore their market positioning. Then we can find a new training model for innovative talents in logistics engineering,and propose a plan for cultivating logistics engineering professionals with higher quality who are more suitable for market needs,so as to solve the current problems such as unclear positioning,single choice of employment,partial theory and so on.
