The Measurement of High Quality Development Level of Modern Logistics Industry in China Based on Five New Development Concepts

摘要 基于五大发展新理念,对中国现代物流业高质量发展水平进行测度评价,从经济基础、创新发展、协调优化、绿色生态、合作开放和共享能力六大方面构建了1个目标层、6个准则层和20个指标层的评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法进行权重排名,对全国31个省市区的现代物流业高质量发展水平进行等级梯度划分。结果表明,我国现代物流业高质量发展水平大致呈现"东高、中平、西低"的现状,整体发展水平并不均衡,不同省份存在较为明显的空间差异。根据研究结果,明确各地区发展优势与不足,并提出推进各个地区物流高质量发展的路径,为促进我国物流业高质量发展提供决策参考。 Based on five new development concepts,this paper measures and evaluates the high-quality development level of China’s modern logistics industry,and from six aspects of economic base,innovation and development,coordinated optimization,green ecology,cooperation and opening up,and sharing ability builds an evaluation index system of one target layer,six criteria layers and twenty index layers. The entropy weight TOPSIS method is used for weight ranking,and the high-quality development level of modern logistics industry in 31 provinces and cities in China is graded. The results show that the high-quality development level of modern logistics industry in China is"high in the east,flat in the middle and low in the west". The overall development level is not balanced,and there are obvious spatial differences among different provinces. According to the research results,the advantages and disadvantages of the development of each region are defined,and the path to promoting the high-quality development of logistics in each region is proposed,which provides decision-making references for promoting the high-quality development of China’s logistics industry.
