摘要
实验教学是提高学生综合素质、培养学生创新精神、实践能力的重要环节,实验教学质量直接影响人才培养水平。针对物流专业核心专业课现代物流装备与技术在实验教学中存在的问题,提出以学科交叉融合为导向的实验教学改革举措,包括实验教学改革思路梳理、实验教学内容重构以及建立多元融合协同共建的实验教学培养推进机制。多学科交叉融合的专业课程实验教学,与现代物流数字化、智慧化发展同向而行,体现了行业发展新趋势,突破单一学科限制,优化实验教学内容与模式,既有效提高了实验教学质量,也显著增强了学生的综合实践能力,促进了人才培养在供给和需求双侧结构要素的全面融合,对加快培养物流领域高质量复合型人才具有积极的推动作用。
Experimental teaching plays as an important link in improving students comprehensive quality,cultivating their innovative spirit and practical ability,and the quality of experimental teaching directly affects the level of personnel training.In view of the problems in the experimental teaching of modern logistics equipment and technology,interdisciplinary integration experimental teaching reform initiative is proposed,including the reform of experimental teaching ideas,the reconstruction of experimental teaching content and the training mechanism of multiple subjects co-construction.The interdisciplinary integration in the experimental teaching is in line with the development of modern logistics digital and intelligent development.It reflects the new trend of industry development,breaks through the limitation of a single discipline,and optimizes the content and mode of experimental teaching.It not only effectively improves the quality of experimental teaching,but also significantly enhances the comprehensive practical ability of students and promotes profound integration of the structural elements of talent training between the supply and demand sides,which has a positive effect on accelerating the cultivation of high-quality composite talents in the field of logistics.
