摘要
目的探究一次根管法与多次根管法治疗牙体牙髓病的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年7月本院收治的牙体牙髓病患者78例,根据根管治疗法实施次数分为两组,各39例。一次组接受一次性根管法治疗,多次组接受多次根管法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率、VAS评分及咀嚼生理功能评价。结果一次组治疗总有效率为97.44%,高于多次组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一次组并发症发生率为5.13%,低于多次组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前、干预1 d后,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;干预7、14 d,一次组VAS评分低于多次组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组各项咀嚼生理功能评分比较差异无统计学意义;干预后,一次组各项咀嚼生理功能评分均优于多次组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙体牙髓病的临床治疗中,一次性根管法的治疗效果显著,可有效改善患牙齿功能,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of one-time root canal method and multiple root canal methods in the treatment of dental pulp disease. Methods 78 cases patients with dental endodontic disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the number of times of root canal therapy, with 39 cases in each group. One time group received one-time root canal therapy, and the multiple group received multiple root canal treatments. The clinical efficacy, complication rate, VAS score and evaluation of the physiological function of chewing were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the one time group was 97.44%, which was higher than 84.62% in the multiple-time group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate in the one time group was 5.13%, which was lower than 23.08% in the multiple group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before intervention and 1 d after intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups;7, 14 d after intervention, the VAS score of the one time group was lower than that of the multiple group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of the chewing physiological function between the two groups;after intervention, the scores of the chewing physiological function of the one time group were better than those of the multiple group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of dental pulp disease, the one-time root canal method has significant therapeutic effect, can effectively improve the function of the affected tooth, has high clinical application value, and it is worthy of promotion.
