摘要
随着口腔种植技术的快速发展以及人们审美要求的提高,种植义齿修复缺失牙齿逐渐成为更多患者的首选治疗方案。然而,由于牙齿缺失后的上颌窦气化和牙槽骨吸收,增加了在上颌磨牙区行种植手术的难度。为了增加可用的骨体积,常通过上颌窦提升术剥离上颌窦黏膜,在窦底黏膜与骨之间植入骨替代材料,使黏膜作为天然屏障引导骨再生来解决此问题。有研究表明在该手术中最常见的并发症就是黏膜穿孔,但目前对于在上颌窦提升手术中导致或增加黏膜穿孔风险的解剖结构认识尚不充分。因此本文就上颌窦提升术中黏膜穿孔相关风险因素的研究进展作一综述。
With the rapid development of dental implant technology and the improvement of people's aesthetic requirements,implant-supported denture has gradually become the preferred treatment for more and more patients.However,maxillary sinus vaporization and alveolar bone resorption after tooth loss increase the difficulty of implant surgery in the maxillary molar region.In order to increase the available bone volume,the maxillary sinus mucosa is removed by maxillary sinus lift,and bone substitute material is implanted between the sinus floor mucosa and bone.Studies have shown that perforation of the mucosa is the most common complication of this procedure,but the anatomic structures that lead to or increase the risk of perforation during maxillary sinus elevation surgery are not well understood.This article reviews the research progress of risk factors related to mucosal perforation during maxillary sinus lifting.
