摘要 山东黄金集团在矿山充填方面积累了大量试验和工业数据。由于缺乏数据管理,大量的数据无法为矿山的生产经营提供有效的决策支持。随着矿山开采向深部发展,传统的自动化充填控制系统难以实现充填工艺参数的自优化。针对上述问题,首先分析了现阶段充填智能控制系统发展方向,提出了"智慧充填"概念;结合新一代人工智能、模糊推理等技术,设计包含充填智能控制和数据集成管理的智慧充填系统,最终实现了充填系统以及试验数据的数字化建模与信息化管理。实践表明:智慧充填系统可降低充填成本,提高充填效率,促进充填工艺的智能化转型升级,加快矿山的生态、智能和高效发展。 Shandong Gold Group has accumulated a large number of test and industrial data in the mine filling. Due to the lack of data management, a large amount of data can not provide effective decision support for mine production and operation. With the development of deep mining, the traditional automatic filling control system is difficult to realize the self optimization of filling process parameters. In view of the above problems, firstly, the development direction of filling intelligent control system at the present stage was analyzed, and the concept of intelligent filling was put forward. Combined with the new generation of artificial intelligence, fuzzy reasoning and other technologies, by WebGL 3 D engine and 3 dsmax modeling tool, an intelligent filling system including filling intelligent control and data integrated management was designed with PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, lad and other programming languages. And finally, the digital modeling and information management of filling system and test data were realized. The practice shows that, the intelligent filling system can reduce the filling cost, improve the filling efficiency, promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the filling process, as well as accelerate the ecological, intelligent and efficient development of the mine.
