摘要
干扰素是一族有抗病毒、抗肿瘤和免疫调节特性的自然产生的内源性细胞因子的总称。本文概述了干扰素药物的分类及作用机制,描述了常见病毒性皮肤病的干扰素疗法,提出干扰素药物的不良反应和禁忌症,以期干扰素药物在临床中得到更安全有效和正确的应用。
Interferon(IFN) is a family of naturally occurring endogenous cytokines with antiviral, anti-tumor and immunomodulatory properties.This article describes the classification and mechanism of IFN, IFN therapy for common viral skin diseases, and puts forward the adverse reactions and contraindications of IFN drugs, in order to get more safe, effective and correct application of IFN drugs in clinical practice.
