摘要
扁平疣是一种人类乳头瘤病毒诱发的难以治疗的皮肤病,干扰素具有强大的广谱抗病毒作用,可以局部封闭、系统注射和外用治疗扁平疣,且局部封闭或系统注射为治疗扁平疣的主要手段,疗效优于外用剂型。干扰素联合物理疗法或其它外用疗法治疗扁平疣具有协同效应,治愈率高,不良反应少。光动力联合系统使用干扰素治疗顽固性扁平疣可能会提高治愈率,减低复发率。
Verruca Plana is a difficult-to-treat skin disease induced by human papillomavirus.InterferonAlpha has a broad-spectrum antiviral effect, which can be used to treat flat warts by local injection, system injection and topical application.Local injection treatment or system injection treatment of flat warts is the main method, and the curative effect is better than topical treatment.Interferon combined with physical therapy or other topical therapy to treat verruca plana has a synergistic effect, a high cure rate and few adverse reactions.The photodynamic therapy combined system using interferon to treat refractory verruca plana may increase the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
