摘要
目的探讨火针点刺、拔罐放血、中药口服综合治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎(PCM)的临床效果。方法120例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者,根据数字随机抽取分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者口服中药汤剂浆乳方治疗,观察组患者采用火针点刺、拔罐放血、中药口服综合治疗。比较两组患者乳房病情、疼痛情况、外周血指标、治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者乳房包块直径(2.70±0.36)cm短于对照组的(3.35±0.41)cm,乳房皮肤评分(3.01±0.85)分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分(1.05±0.19)分均低于对照组的(4.49±0.96)、(1.85±0.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者催乳素(PRL)(17.56±2.16)μg/L、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)(9.36±1.25)g/L、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)(1.96±0.19)g/L均低于对照组的(20.41±2.20)μg/L、(11.69±1.31)g/L、(2.35±0.23)g/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针点刺、拔罐放血、中药口服综合治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎效果明显,可促进症状改善,应用价值高。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of fire-needle acupuncture,cupping bloodletting and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis(PCM).Methods A total of 120 patients with plasma cell mastitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Jiangru formula,and patients in the observation group was treated with fire-needle acupuncture,cupping bloodletting and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.The breast conditions,pain,peripheral blood indicators,and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the diameter of the breast mass(2.70±0.36)cm in the observation group was shorter than(3.35±0.41)cm in the control group,and the breast skin score(3.01±0.85)points and visual analogue scale(VAS)score(1.05±0.19)points were lower than(4.49±0.96)and(1.85±0.23)points in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the prolactin(PRL)(17.56±2.16)μg/L,immunoglobulin G(IgG)(9.36±1.25)g/L,and immunoglobulin A(IgA)(1.96±0.19)g/L of the observation group were lower than(20.41±2.20)μg/L,(11.69±1.31)g/L,and(2.35±0.23)g/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than 83.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire-needle acupuncture,cupping bloodletting and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious effect in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis,which can promote the improvement of symptoms and has high application value.
