摘要
目的探讨非哺乳期乳腺炎应用针灸联合自拟清乳消痈汤临床治疗效果。方法本次研究选择的80例对象,均于本院收治的非哺乳期乳腺炎患者中筛选,选取时间为2019年3月至2020年3月,抛硬币法将其分为两组(每组40例)。对照组患者治疗时应用自拟清乳消痈汤,观察组患者则在使用中药汤剂治疗同时联合针灸治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果对照组和观察组临床治疗有效率分别为75.00%、92.50%,二者相比观察组具有明显优势(P<0.05);两组治疗前患者临床症状情况无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组乳房疼痛、乳头内陷以及窦道和瘘管改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组乳头溢液改善效果优于对照组,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非哺乳期乳腺炎患者,应用自拟清乳消痈汤联合针灸治疗效果确切,可显著改善患者临床症状,值得进步推广及应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with self-made Qingruxiao carbuncle decoction for non-lactating mastitis.Methods The 80 subjects selected in this study were selected from non-lactating mastitis patients in our hospital.The selection time was from March 2019 to March 2020.The coin toss method was divided into two groups(40 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were treated with self-made Qingruxiao carbuncle decoction,while the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group and the observation group was 75.00%and 92.50%respectively,which had obvious advantages compared with the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In non-lactating mastitis patients,the application of self-made Qingmuxiaochu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
