摘要
本文将研究地暖管基体聚合物的筛选、导热粒子的表面改性及高导热母料的制备、聚烯烃基复合材料的造粒与成型加工工艺研究、高导热复合材料的交联工艺研究、以及针对地暖管的应用性能评价。并建立高导热聚烯烃复合材料的辐射加工过程-化学组成-性能的关系,掌握高导热交联聚烯烃管材的制备与加工工艺参数,开发适合于工业化生产的制备工艺和流程。
This paper will study the selection of matrix polymers of floor heating pipes,the surface modification of heat conductive particles and the preparation of high heat conductive masterbatch,the granulation and molding process of polyolefin based composites,the crosslinking process of high heat conductive composites,and the application performance evaluation of floor heating pipes.The relationship between radiation processing process,chemical composition and properties of high thermal conductivity polyolefin composites is established,the preparation and processing parameters of high thermal conductivity crosslinked polyolefin pipes are mastered,and the preparation process and process suitable for industrial production are developed.
