摘要
本文在分析中国建筑能耗现状的基础上,指出建筑节能意识薄弱、供热体制改革滞后、相关法规政策不完善是导致我国建筑节能工作步履维艰的三大症结,并据此提出推进中国建筑节能应采取的对策措施。
At the basis of analyzing China＇ s current situation of building energy consumption, the article points out that weak conscioushess of building energy conservation, lagging heating supply institutional reform and deficient laws and policies are the crux of the problem, and then puts forward countermeasures to improve building energy conservation.
