摘要
以三种交联聚乙烯管材为样品,分别分析了不同试样厚度、抗氧剂体系、萃取回流时间及干燥时间对交联聚乙烯管材交联度测试结果的影响。根据评价效果和实际测试需要得到了适合交联聚乙烯管材交联度测定的试验条件,对规范塑料产品交联度的测试工作具有指导意义。
In this paper,three kinds of cross-linked polyethylene pipes were used as samples to analyze the effects of different sample thickness,antioxidant system,extraction reflux time and drying time on the cross-linked polyethylene pipe cross-linking test results.According to the evaluation effect and actual test requirements,the test conditions suitable for the determination of the cross-linking degree of cross-linked polyethylene pipes were given.It had guiding significance for testing the test of the degree of crosslinking of plastic products.
