The Effects of Cooperative Learning Attitude on Learning Benefit among Postgraduates

摘要 为探究硕士研究生合作学习态度对合作学习效益的影响,整群选取参加教育量化研究课程的447名研究生作为研究对象,采用合作学习态度量表、合作学习效益量表以及课程成绩对其合作学习态度及效益进行了统计分析。结果表明:(1)研究生的合作学习态度、合作学习效益呈中上水平;(2)合作学习态度与合作学习效益存在显著正相关;(3)合作学习态度高分组的合作学习效益显著高于低分组;(4)合作学习态度能正向显著预测合作学习效益。建议:(1)增强教师合作学习的教学能力、有目的地教会学生适当的合作及社会技能、监督与评价个体贡献以建立学生对合作学习结果的信任;(2)使用小组目标或奖励;(3)将合作学习与竞争学习或个别学习相结合。 The study is set out to explore the effects of cooperative learning attitude on cooperative learning benefit among postgraduates.447 postgraduates who participated in the course of Quantitative Research in Education were selected.The Cooperative Learning Attitude Scale,Cooperative Learning Benefit Scale and course achievement were adopted for data collection.Analysis of the data yielded that student attitudes towards cooperative learning and cooperative learning benefit are at the upper-middle level;there is a significant positive correlation between cooperative learning attitude and cooperative learning benefit;the cooperative learning benefit of the group with high cooperative learning attitude is significantly higher than that of the group with low cooperative learning attitude;cooperative learning attitude can significantly predict the benefits of cooperative learning.The suggestions are the following.Enhancing teachers’teaching ability,teaching appropriate cooperative and social skills,and supervising and evaluating individual contributions can build students’trust in the beneficial result of cooperative learning;it is better to use group goals or rewards;cooperative learning can be combined with competitive learning or individual learning.
