摘要
为解决人口老龄化问题以及低生育率问题,我国实行了三孩政策,这不仅是当前社会各界普遍关注的热点议题,更是关系到我国经济、社会和家庭可持续发展的重大问题。通过分析影响我国生育率的动因文章发现低生育现状背后反映的是民众普遍的低生育意愿,因此需要学者和民众积极应对日趋严峻的低生育率形势。文章认为鼓励生育应该从完善女性就业保障制度、关注女性心理健康、恢复托育服务和完善生育保障制度四个方面推进。
In order to solve the problem of population aging and low fertility,China has implemented the three-child policy,which is not only a hot topic of general concern in the current society,but also a major issue related to the sustainable development of China's economy,society and family.By analyzing the causes affecting China's fertility rate,it is found that the current situation of low fertility reflects the general low fertility desire of the people.Therefore,scholars and the people need to actively deal with the increasingly severe situation of low fertility rate.In view of the problems found,it is considered that encouraging childbirth should be promoted from four aspects:improving women's employment security system,paying attention to women's mental health,restoring childcare services and improving childbirth security system.
