摘要
针对氧化铝工业产生的废物赤泥在环境中的堆积问题,研究利用镧改性赤泥(La-RM)制备用于废水中磷酸盐的吸附材料。结果表明,La-RM吸附磷酸盐符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附反应为单层表面化学吸附,自发吸热反应。La-RM对磷酸盐的吸附容量与温度和初始磷酸盐含量呈正相关,与溶液的pH呈负相关,实际最大吸附容量为42.8 mg/g。废水中共存的SO_(4)^(2-)和F-对磷酸盐的吸附有显著的竞争作用。La-RM可能通过静电吸引和镧的氢氧化物的配位作用来实现对磷酸盐的吸附。研究为赤泥综合用于环境污染治理材料提供可能。
The large red mud(RM)accumulation generated from the alumina industry was an urgent demand problem in the environment.The lanthanum modified red mud(La-RM)was prepared for the adsorption of phosphate in wastewater.The results showed that the phosphate adsorption on La-RM was a mono-layer chemical adsorption pattern,following the Langmuir isotherm model.The adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic.The adsorption capacity of phosphate was positively associated with the temperature and initial phosphate content,while it was negatively related to the pH of the solution.The maximum phosphate adsorption capacity was 42.8 mg/g.The coexistence of SO_(4)^(2-)and F-in wastewater inhibited phosphate adsorption.The phosphate adsorption on La-RM may be due to the electrostatic attraction and coordination of lanthanum hydroxide.This study provided a possible solution to reuse RM as the emerging material for environmental pollution control.
