摘要 采用Tessier系列萃取法分析沉积物中重金属的形态,前四形态采用超声波加热以减少运行时间。Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni、Pb和Zn以超声波方式萃取的结果与传统方式比较接近,但超声波的能量有效地缩短了前四形态的萃取时间。同时还萃取分析了苏州境内金鸡湖与青剑湖沉积物中重金属的形态,两种萃取方法所得结果基本吻合,Fe主要以稳定的残渣态形式存在;Mn元素各形态分布比较均匀,活泼性较强的前3形态占较大比例,具有一定的危害;Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn以残渣态为主,前三形态占一定比例,具有潜在危害。 Tessier sequential extraction method was used to analyze the heavy metal speciation distributed in sediments. The operation time was reduced by using ultrasonic in the first four steps. The result of ultrasonic extraction showed that no significant differences were found between ultrasonic and traditional way for Cu.Fe.Mn.Ni.Pb and Zn. However, ultrasonic energy effectively shortened the extraction time of first four forms. We also analyzed the heavy metals' speciation in the sediment, of Qingjian Lake and Jinji Lake. The results for both of the extraction methods were almost similar. Fe mainly existed in steady residual speciation; the speciation of Mn was evenly distributed in every speciation, the first three speciations account for a great proportion; Cu,Ni.Pb.Zn primarily existed in residual, the first three states occupy a certain proportion. These three states have a certain latent harm.
